
Refund Policy
- Digital Products: Refunds are generally not available for digital products such as downloadable content, software, or digital codes. However, if the digital code is defective or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will assist you with resolving the issue.
- Physical Products: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital codes that have been redeemed.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at amoodi2010@gmail.com within the eligible time frame. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots for digital products).
- Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned with missing parts or is not in its original condition).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping
For returns of physical products, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund.
